Job Description:
An AKMA Sales Manager recruits, develops, and manages a team of Financial Planners who provides a complete and
sound financial advise to clients appropriate to their financial objectives such as life, health, and asset protection,
education and retirement funding, investments, taxes, and estate planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Undergo and complete all training programs and be up-to-date with industry development.

Continuous prospecting for potential recruits through different sources which includes but not limited to
social media and job posting platforms. -
Conduct a well-structured exploratory meeting with prospective recruits, identify the thread of discontent and
be able to position the career as a primary or secondary source of income. -
Role model to his team of Financial Planners the proper management of the leading behaviors of sales
process, from prospecting, engaging, presentation and handling objection, product mastery to closing,
contributing to the organization’s over-all sales objective in the process. -
Ensure onboarding and activation of each team member by consistently monitoring and managing their sales
activities and provide timely feedback.
Qualifications:

Preferably with sales experience.

Preferably with previous designation in financial planning, but won’t be a hindrance if none for as long as you
are willing to be trained and developed as a sales manager of financial planners. -
Have taken a course in business management, financial management, law, accountancy, pharmaceutical,
banking, business management, and education would be a plus factor. -
Analytical and problem-solver.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Resourceful and collaborative.

Knowledgeable in MS Office, video conferencing platforms, messaging applications, and social media.
